Our Living food diet is made up of fresh, whole, unrefined, living, plant-based foods: fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, seeds & sea vegetable, which are consumed in their natural state, without cooking. The Living food/ Raw food diet is fullpacked with all the nutrition, vitamines, minerals and the important enzymes!
